Traditional pole construction is a thing of the past.

Traditional pole construction includes a "one size fits all" concrete cookie footing. Pole deterioration happens just below grade. Poles are rotting and buildings are collapsing. 

 We don’t build homes or decks with poles in the ground. Why continue building sheds this way? 

The Bull Building® design uses composite grade boards which provide an insulation pocket to create a continuous thermal break between the exterior elements and the interior concrete slab. The interior composite skirt board keeps all concrete or gravel separated from the wood post, so post deterioration cannot occur. There is no ground contact with the poles. In addition, the post base connection is engineered for maximum post stability, building load and uplift.
